“I’m constantly thinking on my feet and putting myself in my clients’ shoes,” Lin reflects. “That mindset was ingrained in me during my airline days, where I had to be a problem solver during a flight without access to many resources, unlike someone working on the ground. That training taught me how to stay calm under pressure.”
