Over the weekend of July 5–6, The Robertson Opus attracted more than 3,000 visitors. The 348-unit, 999-year leasehold development — jointly developed by Singapore-listed Frasers Property and Japan-based Sekisui House — is scheduled to launch on July 19, with prices starting from $3,150 psf.
The Robertson Opus is a redevelopment of the former Fraser Place and Robertson Walk. According to a media statement released by the joint developers on July 6, it is “the only 999-year residential launch in Singapore’s prestigious District 9 in the Core Central Region this year”.
The units range from suites to four-bedroom premium apartments and are spread across five 10-storey blocks arranged around a central courtyard.
Suites of 431 sq ft are priced from $1.37 million ($3,179 psf), while one-bedroom units of 495 sq ft start from $1.58 million ($3,192 psf). Two-bedroom units, ranging from 689 to 721 sq ft, start from $2.17 million ($3,149 psf).
Three-bedroom units (926 to 1,044 sq ft) are priced from $3.1 million ($3,348 psf), while three-bedroom premium units of 1,152 sq ft start from $3.68 million ($3,194 psf). Four-bedroom premium units of 1,539 sq ft are priced from $5.09 million ($3,307 psf).
The mixed-use development will also feature retail and F&B outlets on the first and basement levels. Located along Robertson Quay, The Robertson Opus is a short walk to the Singapore River, a seven-minute drive from the CBD and Chinatown, and just five minutes from Orchard Road. Fort Canning Park is a five-minute walk away, while Fort Canning MRT Station on the Downtown Line is 350m from the development.
