Hong Kong-headquartered flexible workspace provider The Executive Centre (TEC) has expanded its portfolio in Japan with new openings in Tokyo. On June 24, the company announced the opening of its new centre at Level 11 of JP Tower, a skyscraper in Tokyo’s Marunouchi area adjacent to Tokyo Station. The centre opened with an 80% pre-sale occupancy.
The opening marks an expansion of TEC’s presence in JP Tower. The firm already operates a centre on Level 14 of the building, which opened in April of last year. TEC now has a footprint of over 30,000 sq ft in JP Tower.
In September, TEC will open another centre located at the south tower of the nearby GranTokyo building. This will be TEC’s fifth centre in the Tokyo Station-Marunouchi area and its 12th in Japan.
“The ongoing investment and strategic growth of TEC in the Tokyo Station-Marunouchi area underscores our commitment to delivering exceptional premium, flexible workspace solutions,” says Liam Owners, TEC’s city head for Tokyo and Yokohama.
