Novo Place, an executive condominium (EC) located along Bukit Batok Road, will be open for public preview on Saturday, Nov 2. The preview weekend will also see e-applications open for prospective buyers, and the application window closes on Nov 12.
The 504-unit EC is jointly developed by Hoi Hup Realty and Sunway Developments. Located in Tengah’s Plantation district, Novo Place will be within walking distance of the upcoming Tengah Park MRT Station on the future Jurong Regional Line. The station is expected to be completed by 2028.
The EC project consists of seven 18-storey residential blocks, and the unit mix comprises three- to four-bedroom-plus-study units. The developer has not disclosed the respective unit sizes.
Prices will start from $1.3 million for a typical three-bedroom unit, while the three-bedroom-plus-study units range from $1.35 million to $1.46 million. Four-bedroom units will start from $1.58 million, and the four-bedroom-plus-study units are priced from $1.78 million.
All units will be furnished with German brand Kuche kitchen appliances and Bravat sanitary wares, and integrated with smart home technology.
The development’s amenities include four swimming pools, two club rooms, a dining room, kids’ party room, gymnasium, media room, library, work lounge, steam room, tennis court and kids’ playground.
Primary schools within a 1km of Novo Place include Princess Elizabeth Primary School, Yuhua Primary School and the future site for Anglo-Chinese School (Primary). Other amenities in the area include shopping and dining options at Jem, Westgate and IMM.
