The first HDB Upgraders Clinic launched on 26th March 2025. Hosted at ARFC Woodleigh from 6.30 pm–9.30 pm,  attendees had the chance to hear directly from a powerhouse panel — Melvin Lim, Co-Founder and CEO of PropertyLimBrothers; Grayce Tan, VP of Strategy of PropertyLimBrothers; Howie Tan, Design Manager of Dan Avenue; Clive Chng, Associate Director of Redbrick Mortgage Advisory; and Juncheong Too, Assistant Dealing Manager of Moomoo Financial Singapore. Exiting an Executive Condominium: The EC Clinic

First launched on Sept 5, 2024,these sessions provide valuable insights for existing landed property owners looking to enhance or sell their homes and prospective buyers evaluating their investment options.

Since their inception, Landed Clinics have drawn over 160 attendees. Each session covers practical topics such as evaluating the current and future value of landed properties, strategic planning for renovations or rebuilds, and approaches to enhance long-term liveability and investment potential. These are supported by real case studies and insights from PLB’s consultants, as well as invited architects and builders.

“I found the portion about future-proofing your home very useful — such as having a lift, EV charging, and having solar panels,” shared an attendee from the D19 Landed Clinic on 5th December 2024.
