Steve Leung Design Group (SLD), the interior design practice established by the eponymous architect and designer, Steve Leung, is venturing into the European market through a collaboration with Italian designer Andrea Bonini.
The Hong Kong stock exchange-listed company says it will set up its first branch company in Europe under the brand SLD . Andrea Bonini. The studio will offer interior design services and products to clients in both Asia and Europe, spanning from high-end residences to luxury hospitality.
SLD . Andrea Bonini will make its debut in April at the upcoming Salone del Mobile, Milan’s annual furniture fair. The launch will also showcase some of the brand’s first products – a smart home lighting collection done in partnership with smart home manufacturer Moorgen.
The collaboration is SLD’s first expansion overseas. In a March 11 press release, the company says the move is part of a new business direction centred around “rejuvenation, diversification and globalisation”. “With more than 28 years of solid design experience and competitive edge in the market, we hope to bring better lifestyle through designs to more clients in the world,” it adds.
