Villa Roc Fleuri, the former home of late James Bond actor Sean Connery, has been listed for sale at €23.5 million (S$34.1 million), according to a May 16 release.
“Known locally as the Bond Villa, it’s an opportunity to purchase what must be Nice’s most desirable home, just above the water’s edge on a prime, historic hillside location,” says Chuck McKee, agent at Savills, who’s marketing the property.
Perched on the hill at Mont Boron on the French Riviera, the Art Deco villa was the residence of Connery and his wife, Micheline Roquebrune, during the 1970s and 1980s.
Built in 1930, the five-bedroom villa retains many original architectural features, including mosaic inlays, intricate wood panelling, wrought-iron staircases, ceiling mouldings, and the villa’s original elevator cabin.
Spanning more than 10,000 sq ft, the main house is designed for entertaining and to maximise panoramic views of Nice. It features a spacious dining room that opens onto wide terraces, a professional-grade kitchen, a wine cellar, and a rooftop terrace with a built-in barbecue area.

The primary suite occupies the entire top floor and offers two en suite bathrooms and custom walk-in closets. The lower levels house three guest suites, a study, a fifth bedroom, and a separate caretaker’s apartment.
At the entrance of the estate is a second villa, subdivided into two private guest apartments, ideal for visitors or staff.

The property also offers wellness-focused amenities, including a heated infinity pool and a gymnasium. It is surrounded by manicured lawns and terraced gardens that cascade down to the Mediterranean shoreline.
An adjacent 160 sqm (1,722 sq ft), three-bedroom villa has also been listed for sale, presenting potential buyers with an opportunity to expand the estate.
