PropNex, Singapore’s largest real estate agency, is marking its silver jubilee with a fresh new look. The group revealed an updated brand logo at its annual PropNex Sales Summit on Mar 10. “As we celebrate 25 years of excellence, our new logo stands as a testament to the principles that have shaped us — and will continue to inspire us— into the future,” says its CEO, Ismail Gafoor.
The company, which has over 13,000 salespersons in Singapore and more than 16,000 regionally, will celebrate its 25th anniversary on Jul 15. The announcement follows several key strategic leadership appointments at the agency’s Sales Summit.
Dominic Lee, who joined PropNex in 2006 and has headed the luxury team for the past decade, will become head of investment sales.
Jason Tan will assume the role of chief strategy officer. He was the advisory associate branch district director at PropNex, leading a team of over 1,000 salespersons. Tan also served as a tech consultant on PropNex’s proprietary apps: Investment Suite and Business Suite.

PropNex also announced the launch of a new book by its Deputy CEO, Kelvin Fong. Titled “Property Wealth System: Elevate Your Assets, Elevate Your Wealth,” the book offers a detailed framework for creating wealth through real estate investment. It builds on the company’s consumer seminars, which Fong spearheaded and continues to lead.
Fong says the book explores important questions faced by property investors. It combines the strategies and insights shared in PropNex’s seminars over the years, offering readers helpful lessons and practical takeaways.
All proceeds from the book sales will be donated to PropNex’s adopted beneficiaries under Community Chest, the philanthropy and engagement arm of the National Council of Social Service.
