PLB made significant strides in 2024 with a series of impactful events, including the inaugural Property Summit 2024 and New Launch Convention 2024, and its second Landed Convention. Collectively, these conventions welcomed over 2,000 participants, leaving attendees equipped with insights to navigate the property market confidently.

In collaboration with PLB’s online educational platform Assembly, PLB organised Property Summit 2024, held in October, featured 15 masterclasses led by senior PLB consultants and invited industry experts. It was also the platform for the launch of PLB’s book, Positioning: PropertyLimBrothers on the Art of Selling Your Property to its Maximum Potential. “The summit and book were met with such positivity — it motivates us to continue serving with purpose,” says Melvin Lim.

In July, the New Launch Convention 2024 showcased over 80 new condominium projects, providing attendees with practical advice tailored to their portfolios and lifestyles. Earlier, in May, the Landed Convention 2024 brought nearly 500 participants together to delve into the intricacies of landed homes, supported by 11 developers and 14 brand partners.
