Vita Living Circle Square, a residential development located in the UK’s Manchester area, will be launched for sale to Singapore investors. Units at the completed development, which were previously reserved for institutional investors, are now being made available to individual buyers, says Savills Singapore, which is marketing the units.
Situated on Oxford Road near the University of Manchester, the 15-storey development comprises 266 units of one-, two- and three-bedroom apartments. It was developed by UK property developer Vita Group in partnership with the Greater Manchester Pension Fund. The development is located within Circle Square, a GBP850 million ($1.4 billion) regeneration project in the Manchester city centre.
The property has consistently achieved a 98% occupancy rate since completion. Investors can expect a rental yield of 6.5% to 7%, Savills adds.
Amenities at the development include rooftop terraces, co-working lounges, private booths, meeting pods and private dining rooms. It is a two-minute walk away from Oxford Road Station, while Manchester Piccadilly Station can be reached in 12 minutes.
“With its ideal location, proven rental returns and full suite of amenities, this is a rare opportunity for discerning investors to enter the UK property market with confidence,” says Ruben Koh, senior director and head of international residential sales at Savills Singapore. “It’s fully completed, professionally managed and already generating income — a level of opportunity seldom made available to private buyers.”
The Singapore sales launch for Vita Living City Square will take place over the weekend of 5 and 6 July at voco Orchard Singapore.
