Colliers announced on Oct 21 two leadership appointments to its Hong Kong capital markets & investment services team.
Raymond Ho has been appointed as executive director, capital markets & investment services. He joins from JLL Hong Kong, where he was executive director for capital markets.
Colliers has also appointed James Wong as senior director, capital markets & investment services.

“Raymond and James bring with them a strong track record of transacting prime luxury residential sites in the Peak, Shouson Hill, Repulse Bay and South Bay,” said Thomas Chak, Colliers’ head of capital markets & investment services in Hong Kong.
In their new roles, Ho and Wong will provide advisory services on investment acquisition and divestment strategy, debt advisory & sales, strategic asset allocation consultancy and M&A advisory in relation to luxury residential properties in particular.
