Real estate services and investment firm CBRE has expanded its advisory services business to Indonesia. In a press release, the firm says it will offer its full spectrum of advisory services, including leasing and capital markets, brokerage services of office and industrial and logistics assets, research and consulting, workplace strategy, and transaction management.
Leading the new team is Angela Wibawa, who has been appointed as managing director for advisory services in Indonesia. She joins from JLL Indonesia, where she was previously head of its office leasing advisory. Wibawa will work closely with Moray Armstrong, CBRE’s head of Singapore advisory services, who will now also be responsible for Indonesia.
Judy Sinurat and Albert Dwiyanto have been appointed as senior director and co-head of office services, while Ivana Susilo is the new head of industrial and logistics. All three were also previously at JLL. Meanwhile, Anton Sitorus has been appointed as CBRE’s head of research in Indonesia.
Anshuman Magazine, CBRE’s divisional president for India, Southeast Asia, Middle East and Africa, says the Indonesian market presents high potential and opportunities. “This expansion underscores our commitment to fostering long-term partnerships and leveraging our deep market insights to unlock sustainable value in this dynamic region,” he adds.
