Asteria Melaka is a mixed-use development by Malaysian property developer Axteria Assets, a 100% subsidiary of Axteria Group Berhad (AGB), which is a listed company on Main Market of Bursa Malaysia Securities, Kuala Lumpur.
Asteria Melaka is built on a 190,793 sq ft plot located in the Kota Laksamana residential area of Malacca City. The development consists of a hotel tower, a 39-storey residential tower housing 255 serviced apartments, a 44-storey residential tower housing 306 service suites, a four-storey commercial hub and a two-storey retail podium.

The 241-key hotel has a strata area of 212,167 sq ft across 16 storeys. This works out to $84,896 per key. The property features a 6,103 sq ft ground-floor lobby which is accessible from the street-level parking lot and from the pedestrian walkways leading to the retail podium.
The ground floor also houses two gendered washrooms, a lift lobby with five elevators and staff areas such as a security office, a server room, a front desk and office space.
