The Global Property Expo 2025 will take place from July 18 to 20 at the Sands Expo & Convention Centre. Organised by JLL, the event is catered to Singaporeans interested in purchasing residential property beyond Singapore’s shores.
Over 30 exhibitors will be at the expo, including developers that will showcase properties and offerings located across 20 countries. Among these are the UK’s Barratt Homes, British Land, and Chalegrove Properties; the UAE’s Damac Properties and Emaar; Hong Kong’s Far East Consortium; and ES-CON Japan.
Attendees will also be able to engage with specialist advisors who can help them navigate the complexities of buying residential property overseas. These include legal and mortgage advisors, as well as immigration specialists who can clarify residency considerations linked to property purchase.
Additionally, the expo will feature discussion panels and talks aimed at demystifying the process of buying abroad. Key topics include an introduction to residential investments; spotlights on property and development projects across various markets; property technology innovations; alternative wealth-creation strategies; and insights from seasoned investors.
The Global Property Expo 2025 will be held from 10am to 8pm daily at B2, Sands Expo & Convention Centre. Attendance at the expo is free of charge.
