The Singapore Estate Agents Association (SEAA) and EdgeProp Singapore are pleased to announce the official launch of a dedicated Multi-Listing System (MLS), exclusively for SEAA real estate agent members. Developed following an agreement signed in December 2024, the MLS is now fully operational and will go live on June 18.
Designed as a cost-effective platform to facilitate seamless co-broking among SEAA’s 15,000-strong agent membership, the MLS allows members to post, manage, and collaborate on property listings within a secure, centralised environment.
The MLS is owned by SEAA. EdgeProp, the technology partner behind the initiative, will continue to develop and maintain the MLS platform. Together, SEAA and EdgeProp will enhance and ensure its reliability and relevance in a rapidly evolving real estate landscape. The web-based system is mobile-friendly from launch, with plans for a dedicated mobile application being considered.

Key features and benefits of the MLS:
- Cost-effective co-broking platform: An affordable solution for SEAA members (15,000 agents) to collaborate on sales and rental transactions.
- Centralized listings database: A secure, member-exclusive repository of real time property listings.
- No duplicate listings: Ensures listing quality with a one-property-one-listing rule.
- Exclusive access: The platform is strictly for SEAA members, promoting trust and collaboration within the association.
- Ongoing support and Innovation: Continuous system maintenance and updates by EdgeProp to meet evolving industry needs.
- SEAA ownership: Ensures alignment with members’ interests and prioritises data security and accountability.
“This collaboration with EdgeProp is an industry-driven initiative aimed at providing an affordable alternative platform to enhance co-broking opportunities for our members,” says Adam Wang, president of SEAA. “It helps address rising operational costs for agents and reinforces SEAA’s commitment to equipping our members with innovative, effective tools.”
Bernard Tong, CEO of EdgeProp, adds, “We’re proud to partner with SEAA in launching this platform. Our goal has always been to empower the industry through technology, and this MLS is a meaningful step toward a more collaborative, efficient, and modern real estate ecosystem.”
SEAA members will enjoy complimentary access to the platform from the launch date until the end of 2025. Thereafter, a nominal subscription fee — designed to remain affordable — will apply starting Jan 1, 2026. Training materials and user support will also be provided to facilitate onboarding and maximise adoption.
